HOSF PROJECT RETREAD REACHES NEW HEIGHTS!
This June with the generosity of the Henry Schein Cares Foundation and Hardware Components in Hudson, Ohio more than $100,000 worth of medical and dental supplies were distributed to numerous free clinics across NE Ohio. Additional supplies that remained after the distribution were packed up by CAMO of Orrville, Ohio and along with 470 pair of new shoes donated by Un1tus of Solon, Ohio were shipped to Honduras for distribution to extremely needy children and teenagers.
I want to thank Rob Robinson and Hardware Components, Corey Verchio of Kent Custom Shirts and their employees for their assistance in storing, sorting and distributing the massive amounts of supplies. In addition I want to thank Henry Schein for their continued support and for the positive impact that their supplies will have on thousands of people in Ohio and abroad.
As a last note I want to thank Dr. Sue Meyer of Faithful Servants and Deb Miller from the Ohio Association of Free Clinics for their help connecting us with the organizations who will put these supplies to good use in our communities!
